Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.

Eligible issues include:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color

  • Items damaged due to improper care

Additional notes:

  • We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before ordering, as fit preferences vary.

  • Comfort Colors garments have a relaxed, oversized fit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
